Who’s ready for the Super Bowl?? I know B and I are!  Let’s be honest, I’m usually there for the food hah (guilty)! I know a lot of you are having a little Super Bowl party, or attending one, and I thought this free printable would be the perfect topper for your hors d’oeuvres! As a bonus, I made these chicken waffle sliders that I found on Pinterest this week too! Well, technically they are called “iders” since the other half of the Eggo mini waffle isn’t there. Unfortunately, the toothpick wasn’t going to hold everything well enough with all three parts to make a full slider with the topper attached!

Game on! Hors d’Oeuvre Toppers

Supplies you need:
• Free Printable: Game on! Hors d’Oeuvre Toppers­­—print on 8.5 x 11 card stock paper
• Scissors
• Washi-tape
• Toothpicks

How to make your toppers:
Step 1: Print and cut out Game on! Toppers

Step 2: Once all toppers have been cut out, tape the toothpick onto the back of the topper.

Step 3: Repeat for as many toppers as desired!

Chicken & Waffle Sliders

I originally found this recipe on Pinterest and really wanted to include it in this post. I thought it would be the perfect hors d’oeuvre for Super Bowl Sunday.

Ingredients needed:
• Popcorn chicken (recipe called for tenders, which you can do as well and cut in half!)
• Eggo mini waffles
• Maple syrup

How to make your sliders:

Step 1: Following instructions on the bag, cook chicken until thoroughly cooked. While waiting for chicken to cook, toast your Eggo mini waffles.

Step 2: Once chicken is done and Eggo mini waffles are toasted, stick the Game on! hors d’oeuvre topper into a piece of chicken followed by an Eggo waffle.

Step 3: Your hors d’oeuvre is now ready to be served!
