D.I.Y. Jewel Sandals
I don’t know about you, but I’m sooooo ready to bring out my spring clothes! I was doing my ritual shopping at Target this weekend and saw the cutest sandals! BUT of course they didn’t’ have my size…in really anything…at all. So, I thought hey why not make my own?! So, I gave this DIY a try with these basic black sandals and some pretty jewels from the craft store. I’m diggin’ the way they turned out!
Here’s what you need:
• Sandals
• Jewels
• Aleenes Jewel-It Embellishing glue
How to make your D.I.Y. jewel sandals:
Step 1: Using the embellishing glue, place onto the back of the jewel and press firmly onto sandal.
Step 2: Repeat step 1 until all desired jewels have been placed onto sandal.
Step 3: Let dry for 24 hours. Note: Use a chip clip or clothespin to hold jewel in place while drying.
Step 4: After 24 hours your sandals are ready to wear! I’m welcoming spring with my arms wide open! Happy Monday and I hope you all have a wonderful week! xoxo.
This is suuuuch a cute DIY project!!
