I’ve been waiting to share a new homemade ice cream recipe with you all, but haven’t honestly had the time with all of the wedding planning going on. Last year I shared this Mango Coconut and Lime Popsicle and it was too good!! So this year I had to think of something just as yummy, if not better. I immediately knew what I wanted to do when B’s parents gave me a ton of peaches last weekend! Now, B isn’t the biggest fan of peaches, but I knew I could get him interested once his favorite TX Whiskey was involved. With that being said, I present to you—No Churn Homemade Peach Vanilla Bean and Whiskey Ice Cream!

It’s really really good you guys! What’s even better is the fact that it’s homemade! And since this weekend is Labor Day weekend I don’t think I could’ve timed it more perfectly #yourewelcome!

No Churn Homemade Peach Vanilla Bean and Whiskey Ice Cream


Ingredients needed:
*Recipe adapted from Living Better Together

• 2 whole fresh peaches, diced
• 1 Vanilla bean
• 2 cups of heavy cream
• 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk
• 2 tablespoons of whiskey (… or TX Whiskey!)
• Hand mixer
• Rubber spatula
• Freezable 8 inch pan or container

How to make your No Churn Homemade Peach Vanilla Bean and Whiskey Ice Cream
This recipe only takes about 10-15 minutes to prep then you stick it in the freezer for 6 hours until frozen.

Step 1: Pour heavy cream into bowl. Using the mixer, beat the heavy cream for about 3 minutes until stiff peaks form.No Churn Homemade Peach Vanilla Bean and Whiskey Ice Cream

Step 2: Using a second bowl, pour in the sweetened condensed milk, whiskey, and sliced peaches.No Churn Homemade Peach Vanilla Bean and Whiskey Ice Cream

Step 4: Pour second bowl into the heavy cream bowl. Using a rubber spatula, fold the ingredients together gently until well mixed.No Churn Homemade Peach Vanilla Bean and Whiskey Ice Cream

Step 5: Once well mixed, pour ingredients into pan and place in freezer for 6 hours.No Churn Homemade Peach Vanilla Bean and Whiskey Ice Cream
