I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter weekend! Mine was pretty eventful as I ran around town with Portia, saw Brandon and attempted to bake a cake, walked around an adorable downtown, and visited with my family for Easter.

Friday night, Bran and I attempted to make an awesome Easter cake…and it was a total failure. I think it’s safe to say we are NOT cake decorators.

Saturday…oh Saturday…what an interesting day for me. Like any girl (well, most) I LOVE to shop! I could shop for hours upon hours until my legs fall off. I went to the outlets with my sister (dangerous already) and for some reason I had the hardest time shopping for myself. After 2 hours, I ended up only getting clothes for Brandon. What is that about?!? BUT, my sister did get me the Fitbit! I’ll have to let you know how that goes. I’m so excited to wear it and use it!

Saturday afternoon, Bran and I went to downtown Frederick and my goodness, it’s a lovely little town. They have the cutest little shops there.

Not only do they have charming stores, but they also have plenty of wine bars too! I definitely suggest you checking this place out if you live around Frederick, Maryland.
